since we would like to come to the July 6th meeting I was wondering if we would be doing something in the way of food maybe a pot luck if you would like I know Dawn will just be getting back from Camp i can ask anyone who plans to come to the meeting and set up the pot luck just give me a list of the people and email addresses or phone numbers of those who would like to attend this meeting and I can put this lil shindig together – we should enjoy food friends and fellowship Let me know I sent my email address and I spoke with Dawn and told her I would speak with you since I know she will be busy and you will be busy putting together this meeting – always willing to help the Broughman Clan
My name is Melissa Mazer and I use to attend OVBC for many many years, back when Pastor Vic was Pastor (not sure if he still is). I also attended the school until middle school when I was very young. I just want to say that OVBC was an amazing church and wish I still lived in CA. I met many amazing people there and are still friends with many of them. They helped our family in so many ways and my mother too. Thank u for all u did!

It’s still an amazing place! Pastor Vic retired and moved to the Midwest, and God called Rob Curington to be our pastor in 2005. He has been pastoring our church since, and he and his family have been wonderful. They have huge hearts to bless people in and around our community. Rob really stays true to teaching the Word of God, faithfully ministering to all with whom he comes in contact, developing disciples, and reaching out with practical help to all who have need. His efforts have done well in reaching the local neighborhood. If you’re ever back in California, PLEASE stop in and say hi. There will be many new faces, but we would love to welcome you back and hear your stories from the “old” days!
